Request by Brooke for Relief from Providing PWCo Financial Data.
This request is to not have to provide the data since the condemnation is in
process and PSWID has said that they won't be able to support the

Response by PSWID to Brooke's Request for Stay. PSWID requests
that the ACC deny the request for the stay because PSWID has filed a motion
to vacate the immediate possession. [New 6/28/2009]

Reply by Brooke to PSWID's Response. Brooke responds saying that
PSWID has stated that they intend to continue to pursue condemnation and
that a rate case would be a waste of time and money if the water companies

rate case to 2010. Orders a financial and rate review for PWCo by the
