First Deposition of Mr. Bossert. Mr. Gliege/Mr. Pugel question Mr. Bossert about whether water transfers from Pine to Strawberry occurred during the summer of 2007. [New 5/23/2009]
Second Deposition of Mr. Bossert. Brooke asks questions to show that the water transfers was Strawberry water hauling that was offloaded in Pine and pumped the rest of the way to Strawberry through Project Magnolia. [New 5/23/2009]

Citizen Report to 8/21/2008 PSWID Meeting. Mr. Bob Cassaro presented the results of a citizens group discussion on what people wanted to see from the water district. The first page came from the group meeting, the remainder was added by Mr. Cassaro without consultation with the group. The 2007 numbers that he included are from a preliminary copy of the 2007 ACC report that Brooke provided to CVL as part of their appraisal effort. Therefore the numbers are not official and may change. See the 8/21/2008 PSWID summary email for a description of the presentation. |
