for May 17th PSWID Meeting

May 17 Clarification from Mr. Greer: Mr. Greer provided a clarification as to why he thinks that he is correct that the 2008/2009 budget is less than what the prior board spent in three years. We pointed out the inaccuracy in his understanding. We also pointed out a that a claim that he made about the pumpimg of water from Pine to Strawberry is inaccurate and provided additional information that he asked for about our view on what we think should happen with K2.

First Mr. Bossart Testimony: This is a copy of the first set of testimony that Mr. Bossart provided for the ACC action to remove Mr. Pugel from the Pine Water Company CC&N. Mr. Bossart talks about being instructed to pump water from Pine to Strawberry during the summer of 2007.
